BLOOM Stories: Real Client Experiences with Hashimoto’s

If you’re wondering what it’s really like to be part of BLOOM, I’d love you to visit my BLOOM Stories page.

It’s a collection of real experiences from women who have worked with me in the programme. They’ve shared where they were before joining, what they experienced along the way, and the changes that mattered to them.

Every woman’s story is different

Many of the women talk about feeling exhausted, foggy, anxious or overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice about Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. Some had spent years trying to work out what was going on and what might help.

I know how lonely and confusing that can feel. I’ve been there myself, and it’s one of the reasons I care so much about helping women feel heard, supported and more connected to their bodies.

As Anna shared…

“I feel like a completely different person, firstly in my health and energy levels, but also in my mindset and connection to my body.”

The changes that matter to them

The stories reflect a range of personal experiences. Some women describe changes in their energy, digestion or brain fog. Others talk about feeling calmer, understanding their bodies better, or finding routines and nervous system tools that work for them.

I’m especially moved by the moments when someone begins to trust herself again. As Natasha shared, the somatic tools and resources helped her choose what worked best for her and make those practices part of her daily routine.

Read their stories

I’m so grateful to every woman who has shared her experience. If you’d like to hear from them directly, visit the BLOOM Stories page to read their stories and watch the interviews available there.

And if you’d like to learn more about the programme, you can visit the BLOOM page. If you need a little more clarity, you’re welcome to book a quick call and we can chat.
