Who is it for?
Anyone with a history of a chronic thyroid condition that has profoundly affected your well-being, emotional and mental health.

How does it work?
Meridian Therapy is based on the same principle as acupuncture. Meridians are pathways through which our life-force energy flows, and when they get blocked due to various emotional traumas, we might experience physical/ emotional/ mental symptoms. There are multiple meridian points on our face and body that can be activated via light touch.
At the same time, we also send a signal to our stress centre in the brain (amygdala) that we are safe, removing that emotional attachment to the traumatic/ stressful event (this is all backed by research!)
Through breath work we stimulate the vagus nerve to turn off any fight-flight-freeze response and release any tensions/ stress/ trauma memory trapped in the diaphragmatic region.
What is included?
3 x live 45-minute Thyroid Focused Emotion Release sessions in which you will experience how powerful the technique is, and learn how to do it yourself going forward.
Sessions happen weekly, on consecutive Wednesdays starting Wednesday 3rd August 2022, 7.00pm BST.

Does it actually work?
I have experienced massive shifts in my own healing after incorporating meridian therapy into my own routine.
I have been incorporating Emotion Release sessions in my work with 1:1 clients and I can’t think of a single person who wouldn’t be floored with the immediate transformative effect this technique induces. Instant calm and composure!
Do I need to be on camera?
Nope, the camera can be switched off throughout the session! As it is a very personal/ intimate experience I will make sure that you get as much of a 1:1 feel as possible.
Do I need to attend live?
I would love it if you could, but you can totally catch the replays (available for life).
Can I use meridian therapy on my own?
Yes! I would say that’s one of the biggest benefits. It’s important to experience the entire session to start, but I will teach you which meridians to activate so you can develop your own, energy clearing practice at home.
Can I do this instead of Reboot?
Reboot and the Energy Release Retreat are two completely different experiences.
I won’t be including these sessions in Reboot going forward, they are only available to my 1:1 clients and stand alone Emotional Release Retreats. The Retreat is a fantastic way to prep your nervous system before you embark with me on a healing elimination protocol during the next Reboot.
