Anyone who wants to learn how to regulate their hormones and repair their relationship with food for sustainable weight optimisation. You will either have some weight to lose or want to maintain your current weight. This programme isn’t really intended for women who are looking to increase their weight.
ABSOLUTELY NOT. We don’t do calorie counting, severe restrictions or weigh-ins in my world. The principles you will learn and implement will create a new way of living and are a long term solution. Everything we do in UNDIET comes from a place of self acceptance and self compassion.
Well to start with, it’s not a diet. See the question above! My framework for sustainable weight weight loss is rooted in hormone regulation and improving your relationship with food and body, I will guide you through this, step by step. You will also get tonnes of support and accountability not just from myself, but from my support team and other women on the same journey!
That is a difficult question to answer as it all depends on your starting points and the work you put in. But I am confident that by the end of the course, you will feel so much more in control around food, your clothes will start fitting better, you’ll have more energy without afternoon crashes, a new movement routine, and see changes in your body composition (we don’t just want weight loss, we want fat loss). Please remember that although all of those things are likely to happen, the real magic happens when you carry on implementing what you learnt, long term!
