That’s an easy one! Anyone with a thyroid condition. So, hypo and hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto’s and Graves. As we go through the programme there will be additional considerations depending on which group you fall into. Perfect if you’ve just been diagnosed and are looking for guidance on your first steps guide. But also for those who’ve been on this journey for while and are not seeing results (we can’t see our own blindspots!). This is an absolute foundation of thyroid supportive nutrition and lifestyle habits, and it will serve you for life. (Not just you. It will optimise the way your entire family eats if you’re cooking for more than yourself).
21 x daily lessons (5-10 mins max) in the form of short video trainings that you can watch/listen to on the go. The most effective way of learning without the overwhelm! Supporting materials i.e. shopping lists, cheatsheets and planners. Recipes and meal plan ideas. 1 x live Q&A session.
